Every proactive business wants to grow.
And there is crapload of information out there. There is no longer a need to take an MBA if you want to grow your business. There are tons of free extremely good content out there in the world. If you go on social media, they are billions of videos and articles on how to grow a business. Google equally has just as much content and what about Your Tube? Holly Moley you could a decade in there and you will only have scratched the surface.
But what happens if you can’t grow. What happens if the resources you need are finite?
Skills is a typical one. I have many clients how tell me they could handle more work, but they don’t have anyone to do the work. And that is a big problem if you are business wanting to grow.
At WOW! Advisors skills is a problem too. It takes time to find and train the right people. And that restricts growth.
So how do you grow a business when skills or resources are scarce.
The answer may lie in becoming more efficient, but I don’t think that always works. Technology and automation in the last decade has supposedly made us more efficient than ever. Yet statistics and figures show productivity is down.
And that tells me maybe we need to look at customers. Can you get more out of them with the same resources?
